About Ryan

Even if your eyes are closed when Ryan’s 6’8 frame enters the room, you’ll hear him. That’s because the boisterous and self-described always happy and always smiling beast of a man is usually the loudest in the room. And when he talks, people listen.

Born and raised in Chicago, Ryan knew in 4th grade that he would be a dentist, and, inspired by his mom, he went after it full tilt. After graduation, Ryan grew two separate dental practices from a total of $850,000 to $6.4 million in annual revenue over 5 years, mostly through his Invisalign practice, which, with over 800 cases per year, has made him the #1 Invisalign provider in North America.

As if running two practices isn’t enough, in 2018, Ryan decided to share the knowledge he’s accumulated over his 20 year career, launching Molis Coaching to help other dentists replicate his Invisalign success. And over a few short years, which happened to include a pandemic, Ryan has grown Molis Coaching into the leading Invisalign training academy, with 5,000 doctors taking hundreds of workshops across 12 countries and on-demand learning that has helped him do the thing many solo practitioners struggle with: scale.

Ryan has been married to Jill for 20 years and has a son and three daughters. Both kids and parents push each other to be the best, whether doing family TABATA workouts or practicing his overarching philosophy, which is “be nice.”
