About Jim

Jim built one of the most successful privately-owned agencies in the country during the first half of his career. His company pioneered enterprise-level user-centered design in finance, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.

Then, at the peak of his career, he chose a new path. He stepped away and commissioned a world-renowned designer to build a revolutionary motorcycle. During that process, Jim studied the methods and behaviors behind the work. He codified these findings into a system that could be applied in any industry, modernizing and clarifying the previously ill-defined term of Craftsmanship.

Armed with these insights, he extended his previous entrepreneurial successes. He reimagined a user-centered design firm from the ground up, launched an exclusive executive coaching program, and established a revolutionary fine dining venue.

Although diverse at first glance, common among his most recent work is proof that a commitment to 21st-century Master Craftsmanship infuses meaning, purpose, and energy into every person and outcome it touches.
